I'm interested in having my book in pdf form, and containing a colored
cover page prior to the Title page. Not sure how to do this. Also, I
want to get the definitions of the formatting options, e.g., Titlehead,
straight. Can someone point me to any useful links about these and
other issues, like page numbering, etc.? My feeble efforts to
self-publish are a work still in progress. :)
