Jupp known and wishlist bug on latex-beamer is filled because the files moved.
That's why it's in experimental ;).
The beamer overlap is not a problem when not using beamer.
The overlap with lyx-common is worse, as lyx requires lyx-common.
One can install with dpkg -i --force-all lyx_1.5.0~beta-1_i386.deb ,
but being able to install with apt-get is so much easier. :-/
