go to the preferences, screen fonts and then adjust the zoom size.

Yes, it wasn't clear what he means, but I'm guessing he wants a larger font in the _output_ file (PDF). How about the following method:

You should modify the \DeclareMathSizes command so that its first argument is the document's text size, and the other arguments give the desired math size.
