You can do that yourself by using the information you get with each of the mails sent to you. In the header there is (in my case) List-Unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> so if I were to unsubscribe I'd send a mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] It should work for you if you replace my address there with your own (Note that your 'own' @ gets replaced by =) Andre'
