ftp://ftp.dante.de/pub/tex/support/rtf2latex/ Or export to HTML and then run "tidy" for it. And then HTML to LaTeX with: http://html2latex.sourceforge.net/ Then import into LyX. (I see that LyX has an File -> Import -> HTML but I don't use it.) I have used these a lot. But it still takes a lot to clean up. (And I haven't used the styles yet.) I often just use vi to search and replace in the new LyX file and then reload in LyX when ready to start working on it. Jeremy C. Reed
