If you use BibTeX, once you've inserted the BibTeX Bibliography, just click
on the widget (gray box) and select the option to insert the Bib. into the
TOC.
If not, put this in the Preamble section of Doc -> Settings
\usepackage[nottoc,numbib]{tocbibind}
The other suggestions may work as well, I don't know.
