Correct solution: use a bibtex style that supports URLs.

Quick fix: use the "note" field 

   note = {http://java.sun.com/products/sjwtoolkit/}

or

   note = {available at: http://java.sun.com/products/sjwtoolkit/}

which should work with the standard styles.
