identifier, not locator).
Really? Once upon a time, those were two separate things -- URIs named
the items (supposedly unambiguously) and URLs gave their locations
(which are subject to change, unlike URIs ... or so I thought). Anyway,
I've not (yet) seen a bib style that included URLs automatically -- but
then I've got a limited repertoire of bib styles.
