Maybe a slightly different approach, but you may want to look into Gmail if you haven't already. It automatically puts email into 'discussions' making it very very easy to follow a certain topic. I just have a filter and label set up so all email goes into a LyX label and I can browse the different topics/discussions quite easily. Cheers, /Bob
