I have just tried this solution: this does not work, I obtain an A4 preview. This preview has been obtained by something I do not know, but different than Image Magick (as I have said, Image Magick outputs the arrows of my picture, whereas this hidden and unknown converter doesn't). The ps preview contains a A4 bitmap version of my picture, LyX has not used the SVG=>EPS converter. But I can tell that this time, the used converter is Image Magick, because the arrows are there!
