I agree with this. The tab key has been taken over by the (VERY NICE)
word completion system. I suppose that if enough people vote on this
issue, we may succeed in convincing the developers to use a different
approach to word completion (like emacs-style Esc-/).
This is a known issue, and there has been a lot of work on it in the
last few days. Exactly what will end up happening isn't clear yet.
