Problem solved!!! You are right, when I change the temporary directory from "s:\TEMP" to "s:\", the .pdf is exported in the same folder with its original .lyx file.
Although I don't know whether "s:\TEMP" contains "non-ASCII and multibyte characters" as you said, thank you for giving me the hint!
