Hi, I am also interested in creating handouts but I can't find a beamer-article class in Lyx menu where to select your document class. If you choose the article class, then how could you create an empty frame? LyX doesn't provide commands for creating frames in the article class, unless you write them as an ERT. Is that something I am missing in the instructions provided by Jurgen? Pierfranco
