You're different. When you found an answer (even if it was "benign neglect"), you let everyone know. If everyone posted a RESOLVED post like you just did, all of our jobs would be much easier.
I learned that this was appropriate behavior many years ago. Makes sense that if you want help from others you need to show the results of that help. Similarly, if we fix problems ourselves we should make that solution available for others. This attitude is prevalent among the F/OSS community. I can easily understand why those who are used only to costly, proprietary software don't understand the concept of freely sharing. Rich -- Richard B.
