  View>Source? (if you tick [x] Complete source)?
  
  Should be something like 
  
  \documentclass[...,spanish]{scr...}
  
* Did you set the document language to Spanish?
  (Document>Settings Language)

* Did you check the 

  [x] Global
  
  box in Tools>Settings Language?
