You must have Python installed to get it working. The python.exe you find in LyX's bin folder is a
stripped down version of Python to be able to run LyX's python scripts. But for eLyXer you need
more, so for now you have to install Python completely.
While trying that...
... I also notice a strange behaviour with reconfigure changing the
path: I need to do it twice (including exiting/reopening) to have
changes taken into account.
I'll have a look. But I won't have time for that until next monday.
