I've bougth a asus eee pc (running a "special version" of windows xp)
in which i've installed Lyx 1.6.3 (plus the latest versions
ghostscript and gsview) in order to work w/ my LyX files... All went
smoothly except when I want to preview the ?ps version? of my docs:
after opening gsview the following error msg appears
GSview 4.9 2007-11-18
gs: Interpreter revision (864) does not match gs_init.ps revision (863).
gsapi_init_with_args returns -100
If I uninstall ghostscript then I can view the ps preview w/ gsview.
I've tried to re-install ghostscript and gsview (not LyX).
Can someone help me? I don't know if there's need for further details!
Please try to start LyX with lyx.exe instead of with LyXLauncher.exe
(which is the default for the shortcut).
This has maybe the same reason as that the eps files in LyX cannot be
converted and displayed on screen.
