Sure. That's how I expected to move the bars. But, it's not working.
Works here (Windows XP); haven't tried it on Ubuntu yet, since the
repository hasn't caught up to 1.6.3, but I suspect if it didn't work
we'd have heard from others by now.
I know that there's a Qt configuration utility, but I don't know what
settings you can muck with. Is there a Qt setting that causes dockable
windows not to be movable anymore?
It might also help to know what version of Qt you compiled against.
There've been multiple messages about problems with the
not-quite-most-recent Qt version that seem to have been resolved by
upgrading Qt.
