Para poner el español como idioma predeterminado, márcalo en el menú Herramientas > Preferencias > Configuración de idioma > Idioma > Idioma predeterminado "It's in English both in Lyx and DVI output, yes? To put Spanish as the default language: Tools > Preferences > Language Settings > Language > Default Si quieres cambiar el idioma de un documento concreto, en el menú: Documento > Configuración > Idioma "To change the document language; Document > Settings > Language Salud Ignacio García PD La lista de usuarios es más adecuada para preguntas de este tipo, así que envío la respuesta allí.
