It seems to. I just did an upgrade from 1.6.4 using the LyXInstaller (update) and I now have the two examples. However there definately are tufte book and handout examples in the example file. Currently I am having a problem with a missing font that drops the title when I'm using the book.layout and when I try the handout example in dvi (MiXTeX - YAP) but another user (Joachim) reports no problem under Mac OS. There is no problem when exporting to pdf. > > May be I misunderstand that sentence?
