I'm about to submit a paper to a journal that requires using this template:
http://www.aeaweb.org/templates/latex_templates.zip

I've been trying to combine the instructions included in the zip file and those
available at
http://wastedmonkeys.com/2007/09/27/adding-a-new-class-in-lyx-windows

... but when trying to to make a pdf file (with Lyx 1.6.5 for Windows), I'm
getting this error message:
________________________________________________________
Font T1/cmr/m/n/10=dcr10 at 10.0pt not loadable: Metric (TFM) file not found.

Description
 \fontencoding\encodingdefault\selectfont

I wasn't able to read the size data for this font,
so I will ignore the font specification.
[Wizards can fix TFM files using TFtoPL/PLtoTF.]
You might try inserting a different font spec;
e.g., type `I\font<same font id>=<substitute font name>'.

Any suggestions on how to to get this work?
