Description:

When used in a displayed formula, a chained fraction
is properly rendered by the LyX GUI.
When I try to obtain PDF (pdflatex), LaTeX fails to compile.
Latex Errors Log:
! Undefined control sequence.

The control sequence at the end of the top line
of your error message was never \def'ed.
