Windows version saving files with CRLF

Hi:

I noticed that the Windows version of Lyx is using CRLF line endings in 
the *.lyx files it generates. This is a little annoying as I'm editing 
some files in a repository with both the Linux and Windows versions and 
the diffs get screwed up with the newline thrashing. Is there some way I 
can change this behavior?
