Hello Timm! Welcome to the LyX-Users mailing list. At first I would like to recommend you to write your mails in english. The language for this mailing list is english due to its international audience. Of course there are german people here, but you will reach many many more people when writing english.
Now to your problem: It is possible to have two definitions or theorems without text between them, if you use an environment seperator. So you start your first definition/theorem, insert a seperator and then start the second definition/theorem. You insert the seperator with the drop down box in the upper left corner where you also select theorem environments etc. In the german LyX version, the seperator is called "--Trenner--". For me, it's the fifth entry in the list (you may have to scroll up the list to see it). In LyX you will see a blue text: "--- Umgebung trennen ---".
