I don't understand. | is available on evey keyboard. On my German
keyboard it is on the "<" key on an US keyboard it is in the "\" key.
For apple keyboards you need perhaps to use the modifier key.
Well, not on mine I must admit. So I cratched it on the "<" key to use
it in the future. Thanks for pointing that out.
