Try putting the included files BEFORE the index and nomenclature things.
You presumably want those at the end of the document, anyway, yes? I
don't know if that will fix it, but it can't hurt.

Package caption error: \caption outside float.
This means that you have used a caption outside of a float either
in your file or in the file where your document is included. Or
the include inset is not in the standard environment.
