Greetings Ulf, Guenter,
I don't understand. Have you exported your LyX document to LaTeX and don't get "ť" but "\v{t}". Right?
Sorry, the opposite. In LaTeX exported file I would like to have "\v{t}", and get "ť".
To generalize, the problem is in making Latex source encoding of special (national) characters into \v{SOMETHING} etc.
For example, in my svn-Lyx-version compiled on Ubuntu Linux the Document-Settings-Language-Slovak is not working at all (maybe I am missing something), characters "ľščťžýáíéúäô" are in Lyx-produced-LaTeX source the same, "ľščťžýáíéúäô".
I have to check the Windows installed LyX, where some characters are properly LaTeX encoded (like ť->\v{t} ) , maybe Document-Settings-Language settings works.
