This is normal. Your base LaTeX installation does not provide every
class that LyX is capable of using. If you have some reason that you
need to use these classes, then you can install the LaTeX packages in
the usual way. There is lots of information about how to do so on the
Internet, and your LaTeX distribution (TeXLive?) may contain a tool to
help with this.

Thank you very much, is so clear and obvious answer had not found.
Indeed, I got that laws are based palntillas needed to install many
packages.
I started with timely advice and Junchao Manolo and I got to read some.
For me, the PAC was the most important and got it to work by following
the advice in this document (page 12). It focuses on the use of
Castilian, but useful.

Efectivamente, conseguí que se leyesen las palntillas que necesitaba a
base de instalar bastantes paquetes.
Empecé con los consejos puntuales de Manolo y Junchao y conseguí que se
leyeran algunos.
Para mi el de APA era el más importante y conseguí que funcionara
siguiendo los consejos de este documento (la pagina 12). Está centrado
en los usos del castellano, pero es útil.
