I'm glad that I do not have to tell you dirty tricks. I love automatic jobs.
For future reference, users can check in R if the correct Rscript.exe
is really in PATH like this:
Sys.which('Rscript')
You need to make sure the above output is consistent with what you
imagined. Chances are you have another Rscript.exe or Rscript.bat
elsewhere. We have got too many instructions on how to configure
Sweave with LyX in the past (now I kind of regret doing this).
Hopefully we can get rid of all these long instructions one day.
