One thing to note is that the LyX I'm running (on Ubuntu) has no option to save as or export to SGML or DocBook. I gather from the link you gave me that SGML and Docbook are natively supported export formats, so I guess Ubuntu's build must be lacking that feature. Is that correct? Nico --
