This should be
sudo apt-get install lyx2.0
(the PPA does not want to overwrite your current LyX version. If you
don't want the other lyx package, then just remove it)
The lyx2.0 package will become 2.0.5 shortly.
If you want more cutting edge (but perhaps more bugs), you can do
sudo apt-get install lyx2.1
