URWPalladio does NOT work with XeTeX. Rather this should be fixed on the LuaTeX side. BTW-- I ran texhash just to make sure the database was updated. I don't think this helps with LuaTeX font problems. AFAIK, there is a separate LuaTeX font database but I did not dive into LuaTeX yet.
