You can always rewrite the code for typesetting the tables, you don't have to be so angry.

What you're saying is a contradiction, imo. First, you set your table width to 80% of text width, but then you fill it with cells that exceed that width, still you expect everything to work. Even left aligned tables will protrude the margins if you make them too big for the size of the text.
