Yes, sorry, I did mean Description (the analogous environment in HTML is definition). I'm not near a copy of LyX at the moment, but doesn't Description set the space between first word and descriptive text so that left borders of consecutive descriptions align? Another option wood be to use a table, but that introduces additional space. Paul
