In Linux, the LongTable option can be reached from Edit >Table Settings, then going into the "Longtable" tab in the dialogue box that opens up Or, alternatively, by right-clicking on a table and choosing "Settings..." from the pop-up menu. You'll get the same dialogue box as above.
