reLyX and array package

reLyX chokes on

\documentclass{article}
\usepackage{array}

\begin{document}
\begin{tabular}{l<{$}}
\end{tabular}
\end{document}

because of the funny column specifier (is it because there's a single $ in
there?). This is worth supporting, as the array package is jolly useful.
