Program's title still contains help to help option (no other gnu tool does that), and help does not contain information about full help. Attached diff improves it. I used one of Adam's help messages*. Now it fits in 80 characters. Word _this_ is unnecessary there - everyone knows it is help screen as they had to use -h option to get there.
