I do not like it. It is not exactly correspond with the GNU coding
standards* that state:

I emphasize _brief_ documentation.
65 lines is brief (especially when compared with the 1750 lines of the info
manual). Moreover, the output of --help should contain all the information
required in a man page for the programs that generate the man page from it:
