If you have a machine with a real serial port, I would start there. USB serial adapters throw a potential wrench in things. I would also run 19200.
On the PC, .BA files must be encoded, .DO are ascii. Try just saving a .DO files from M100 to PC using tsdos and laddiealpha. My setup: Laddiealpha on XP Null modem cable to real serial port Cable wired like that shown at club100 with dsr dtr loopbacks iirc Make sure you are starting laddiealpha with the right command. I don't recall it now but there is a format to follow.
