I guess, it's whatever can be hacked together to talk RS232 or cassette modem, as that's really all the M100/102 has. I'm toying with the idea of getting my 102 talking to a Bus Pirate one day via the TTL UART. That's basically what the M100 bluetooth hack did IIRC. Of course, the tiny serial buffer might make that a real challenge as the uC on the BusPirate can easily outpace the M100s serial terminal. :(
So, getting back to the OPs original question: The short answer AFAIK is "No". I don't think anyone has built such an adapter that would work to USB storage. Of course, it should be possible to use a microcontroller that speaks USB and RS232 to implement the TPDD protocol to access files on USB stick.
