No, I'm not asserting DTR but I measured pin 4 and there is voltage.
None on pin 1 so I suspect it's pulling pin 4 low by being tied to it.

I don't know the electrical part of it. Just know that DSR needs to be
seen as asserted. Can you check it from m100 side?
And are you asserting DTR on the other side, in mComm?
