Pins should be round machine pins.  you can get round machine pin
headers on ebay for .10-.20 cents per pin.  Logic parts look right.
there are variants that also work, TC551001 BFTL for example.   no
need for low leakage but it's better of course.

the time constant has to be big.  I think I use 500kohm and 1uF.
