"loosey goosey" is a slangy phrase used to describe loose things, like a
mechanical part that isn't tight. "This ball joint is all loosey goosey."

Lucy Goosey, would make poor Lucy into a loose girl.

Not that I think either this fictional Lucy or any of her contemporaries
would actually care about that today. The 50's were whole generations ago.
