[M100] Model 200 and TPDD2

I received a TPDD2 today and have just replaced the belt. It works fine
with my M100 and the original disk using

RUN"COM:98N1ENN

However this command with my Model 200 shows a ?NM Error. Any clue as to
what I'm doing wrong?
