Thanks for doing that testing! Off the fop of my head I would say not. It has been a while since I looked at the code but if REX is automatically switching to a bad ROM image on power up..out of luck. Sounds like an emergency switch is needed. I personally don't like rom replacement. It is prone to issues. in later REX manager releases I repair the Y2k issue anyways, so there is little use for it.
