One difference from my bad unit. To get a stable repeating pattern on IO/M, I have to set trigger hold off to 53ms, and that stabilizes on a *mostly* stable repeating pattern, except you can see the clock updates (I assume) go by every second. CS pin 20 on the rom, I get a lot of random pulses, but if I zoom way out and set trigger hold off way up to 53ms, then I see a somewhat stable pattern, with a couple perturbations going by every second. Clock update again I assume. This all seems to look the same as yours. Definitely clk and rst7.5 are the same as yours. I had to go into basic and type "power cont" to keep it from shutting itself off.
