See my previous post. There are instructions to build a T102 compatible
cable at least 3 different ways.

1 - Effortless, no building at all, just buy two parts and stick them
together. The downside of that one is the result is not polarity keyed.
It's still easy to get it right though. The DVI end is polarity keyed, and
then just keep the cable flat. Don't flip it over between the DVI and the
T102.

2 - One that is fully polarity keyed on both ends. Build requires twisting
the wires one one end or the other before crimping, and the male connector
for the computer end will only fit in a T102, not a T200, simply because of
the size of the plastic shell.

3 - One that is fully polarity keyed on both ends, and fits in both a T102
and a T200, and requires no seperating and twisting 20 pairs of wires, but
does require soldering two connectors back to back, and the computer end
has no strain relief for the ribbon cable crimp, so you have to be careful
never to pull on the cable to unplug it, always grab the connector to
unplug.

There are links to buy all the odd parts.
