Found it in the Robert Covington's M100 ports/registers file. Port D0
(208) is where the low power signal is. The file indicates this is the
same for both the 100 and 200.
PRINT INP(208)

That command should give you the status of the power. Bit 7 is the
indicator so the value will change by 128.
