I've mentioned the PI Zero W on list as a possible base of a DVI replacement. Someone mentioned LaddyAlpha or mComm as a way to get it done under Linux. In looking into this I found the PI ZeroPhone. This project goes through the process of building a cell phone using a PI Zero. It has been around for more than a year so I thought maybe someone here might have seen or had experience with it. I have also seen some projects using the PI Zero W as the base to build a tablet. In either case, the device uses some form Linux (Raspbian/Android) so I got to thinking. Could this be an way to develop what the M100 might/should have been? A portable device that one could use out in the wild then take home and use as a desktop. I can see the ZeroPhone as a storage device for the M100 and then plug it in to a TV/Monitor and voila a desktop with M100 data already on it.
