It's always a balancing act. Everyone can get hurt or upset by interactions on the list. If we engage, we all will at one time or another.
I let him know that he was welcome back and that he inadvertantly stepped on a land mine that he likely didn't expect in any way. At the same time I don't think we want the list to be the place people come to complain. We really need to encourage those that bring products and services to our tiny, tiny, tiny market. -- John.
